Delivery and Refund Policy

Accepted orders are usually delivered by email within 10-20 minutes after payment. Some orders may require manual review and can take up to one business day.

Deliverables include an HTML report and a plain-text Markdown report. PDF can be created by printing the HTML report from a browser.

Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy support flows when an order cannot be fulfilled.
